I was in a hurry, and I was behind a car but I noticed that the one taking the orders was just laughing and talking with the other car infront of us I honked and said sorry im im a hurry! And yet the dutch bros worker looked back laughed and continued his conversation with the person infront truly unprofessional! We then finally ordered but while waiting the music outside was way i mean WAY to loud it hurt all of my family's ears! I do NOT recommend you guys to go here.

I've been to grants pass to the original location and from there all the way to Seattle this one. wow that's all I can say about this service when you got to stand out front and wait for somebody to come out and take your order. that's ridiculous. you should have a lot better customer service for the price you're charging

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
