    I always love coming to Dutch Bros, and this day was no different! My husband and I each got the 911; I got mine blended with a little extra chocolate and he had his hot with a little extra caramel. I was driving, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I had to pull over and just sip for a while. The service was great, and the staff genuinely seemed to be having a good time at work. Listening to their banter (and participating just a little) put a much-needed smile on my face. You may wonder why I gave a drive-thru only place five stars for atmosphere, but that little kiosk is packed with personality! The menu items and the seasonal specials have cute or quirky or just plain fun names, everything is very colorful, their collectible stickers are in full display, and they play upbeat, happy music. It is no trouble at all to wait for my handcrafted num-nums.

    Customer service was awesome. Pleasant young lady. It was 4:00 something in the morning. Only one person in front of me. Good thing for me. When I got to work and drank my drink… something was off.. not that they did anything wrong.. I think the syrup was off or something.. that drink turned my stomach upside down…. I was sick for hours. I didn’t know what messed me up.. I drank some water and was doing better… I didn’t know what was the trigger.. A little later I drank some more of my aftershock.. I was sick again… it was clearly the drink.. like I said, it wasn’t the people.. it was something in that drink that made me sick. I still thank you for the good customer service. I will stick to the Dutch bros closest to me next time though..
