- LLlinaMay 6, 20261.0Don’t recommend this location, Very unprofessional 1st of all just bunch of highschool girls that take forever and come out in groups to take orders and stand there gossiping/ chatting for so long while other cars are waiting from a block away and then get offensive when you do something about it because you don’t wanna wait there all day. They also don’t know how to make drinks and make them bland compared to other locations. I recommend getting your dutch at other locations not here👎

- NMNikki McnurneyMar 26, 20261.0This used to be my go-to Dutch Bros because it’s the closest location to me, but unfortunately I won’t be going back to this one. There are other locations that are much better and more consistent. This location constantly makes drinks incorrectly or they just taste bad. Recently I got a coffee that tasted like spoiled milk, and a tea that literally tasted like chemicals or perfume. It was completely undrinkable. I also had a negative experience with customer service when I showed up for a mobile order and was met with attitude for being “too early,” which was frustrating since I was just trying to pick up my order. I love Dutch Bros as a company and usually their customer service is amazing and they’re great about fixing mistakes, but this specific location is consistently disappointing. If you want your drink made correctly and to actually taste good, I would recommend going to a different location.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
