  Today I purchased a couple of burrito bowls from the Chipotle location on South Hillsboro/TV Highway, and I was very disappointed with the service I received\. The employee on the front line who was preparing the bowls was extremely stingy with the portions\. She was only putting about one\-third of a spoonful of each ingredient into the bowls\. I had to ask her several times to add a reasonable amount of food\. It honestly felt like she was serving something extremely valuable instead of the portions customers expect from Chipotle\. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for more than 10 years, and I have never experienced service like this before\. The poor portion sizes and overall experience were very disappointing\. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this location\.

  I hate to start a review with a negative but I do not recommend ordering to go since I never get decent portions. That being said I still will give it a 5 star because my son is a regular here and most of the staff know his order by heart and when I’ve gone inside i can’t recall a single bad experience. I want to give special shout outs to Audi and Dakota as well as one other FoH employee I can’t remember her name and i apologize for that but they always give excellent customer service. The portions are always great, the people are always friendly, the food is always fresh, restaurants usually pretty clean minus the stray grain of rice here and there and over all is probably the most consistent Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I know it’s seasonal but if you’re reading this and haven’t tried the Honey-Chipotle Chicken, it’s to die for. I really hope they keep it permanently and never bring back that nasty cilantro lime steak thing they had before this.

  Seems like there's been a long streak of not so great reviews for this location lately. People mainly upset with either quality or portion sizes. However my trip today was great. I ordered a double rice and double steak bowl and it was packed to the rim. Everything was cooked great with super tender and flavorful steak. Service was quick inside with a short wait time. No complaints here, will be back again!

  Is this really what I got for almost $15? The bowl is practically empty. And no, I haven’t even eaten any of it yet—I only mixed it, and there’s almost nothing in it, not even rice. What is going on? Maybe you should properly train your employees so they know the correct portion sizes. When my husband asked for a little more rice, your employee said it would cost extra, even though the original serving didn’t include a normal amount of rice in the first place. This is very disappointing. Also, your employees should be wearing their name tags so customers know who they’re dealing with. The young man who served us, who looked to be around 18 or 19 years old, wasn’t wearing one, so I have no way to identify him.
