  Really disappointing experience. When we arrived to pick up our mobile order, there were two young employees working. The female employee made eye contact with us and then walked away, and started blasting music in the back even after the male employee asked her to attend to us. We ended up standing there while the male employee, who was mopping, had to stop what he was doing to give us our order. I honestly felt bad for him. These young employees seem unhappy and miserable with their lives working there with such a shitty attitude. Then we got home and realized they had messed up our order and completely forgot the fajita veggies. What really bothered me was the steak in my bowl. It looked noticeably more raw than it normally does, with pinkish-red areas that made me uncomfortable eating it. I’m pregnant, so I’m not willing to take a chance with meat that doesn’t look properly cooked. I ended up not eating it. I understand mistakes happen, but the combination of poor service, an incorrect order, missing ingredients, and questionable-looking steak was unacceptable. Chipotle really needs to focus on proper training and food safety instead of putting inexperienced employees in situations they may not be prepared to handle. Not okay. Do better.

  Worst establishment I have ever been to in my life. I’ve never written a bad review until now. I don’t even feel like writing why but look at the other bad reviews and just know they’re not lying. My picture says a thousand words but I got two thousand to say about this place.

  Visited September 6, 2026, around 7:00 PM. I know this not going to change anything there, but hopefully it will help someone to make a decision on where to go and not have their experience ruined. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience we had at this location tonight. The customer service was easily a 1/5, and honestly, the way we were treated was unacceptable. There were two employees working the line, and the entire ordering process felt disorganized, rushed, and extremely unwelcoming. One employee was incredibly rude and condescending. I was simply trying to wait for the person I came with to finish ordering so we could decide together on chips and drinks, but instead I was treated as if I were stupid for not immediately making a decision. The employee’s tone and attitude were unnecessarily aggressive and impatient. It got to the point where both of us genuinely wanted to just leave without finishing our order. The other employee was speaking so quickly and it felt like not listening as we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. On top of that, the employees would randomly walk away from the line completely in the middle of helping us, leaving another person to suddenly take over our order. The burrito we received was basically a burrito with rice and little additions of tiny flavors. There was an excessive amount of rice and barely any protein. For the price of the food, that is extremely disappointing. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that we have been to this location several times before and have always received good service. Tonight was completely different. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable, stupid, or like they are an inconvenience simply for trying to place an order. And other customers should not hear rude comments about previous customers. This location really needs to do better. We have been here several times before and have always had good experiences, which is why today’s visit was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, after the way we were treated today, we will most likely not be returning.

  The employee working the line on 08/30/26 at approximately 9:50 PM (over an hour before closing) was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. He had AirPods in and did not acknowledge me in line for more than a few minutes. The employee placed my tortilla on a scrub brush that was sitting on the line. The portions provided were severely inadequate and asking me to repeat myself several times (with AirPods in) was frustrating. The line in the front was disgusting, with trash, online orders, utensils, and discarded food scattered around. I understand that it was nearly an hour before closing and the kitchen is wrapping up for the night, but this was all around a horrible experience. Avoid this location if you can.
