It would be great if the team could improve inventory planning /prep to make sure menu items like this are consistently available. I’d love to keep coming here, but it’s disappointing to not be able to order what I want because of this:(

I presumed the ice maker won't be working but soda dispenser should be working. I said it's fine and paid the money. Once I'd filled my soda glass i found its warm and not worthy of drinking as it becomes flat instantly due to warm temperatures. When I approached the lady at register saying she should be more clear about the machine not working and I should go for some other option. Lady replied back saying 'it's common sense Karen' !!!! English is not my first language and I may have sound little rude but such reply I would never expect from anyone working anywhere. Never going back to Chipotle again.
