    Used to like Arby’s and hadn’t been there for a while until I recently visited and had their new Philly steak sub. Horrible! Whoever in the corporate decided to launch this new menu item needs to be fired.

    Service was horrible..I wait at least 5 minutes as the only person in the store in line. Never got served..and when I called to ask was told we never saw you. I used to like this store.has gone downhill
