  Usually when my boyfriend and I come by to eat, it’s pretty mid. Today the person that checked us out went the extra mile and we really appreciated it! She saw we were having trouble with something, and immediately jumped on it. She also so kindly gave us free extra of nacho fries since we had to wait for fresh ones. Overall super chill, 10/10 service from her. Thank you Ashley😁

  No cashier Had to use kiosh. At 73 years old not thing, so no more Taco Bell for me until a little customer service is needed

  Decided to try their new triple double crunch wrap that was in their lux box since it was new and it looked pretty good on the advertisement Well here's what I got instead. I'd say side by side it's pretty damn disappointing as far as what I should have received

  A little bit on the slow side often for a Taco Bell. The employees do have a more professional attitude compared to other nearby fast food spots. The food almost always comes out hot and properly made from my experiences. However, with the new chicken nuggets, make sure you get your sauce packets as I've had multiple occurrences of not receiving my sauces i pay for.

  It’s very rare when you get a nice person with great customer service. Since that’s happened I’ve gone through the app. This is now the 3rd time I have ordered from them an item with NO onions and they put extra! Turns out fast food sucks now. At least here. This used to be my go-to place. Really sad! Management needs to teach a lesson on customer service and attention to detail.
