  Drinks. Minimal snacks. One or two picnic tables is the extent of se aging. Its a drive thru or walk up window. Long lines but fast service.

  Well today. On my 50th Birthday I pull up to Dutch on 82nd and boy was I surprised 😮. Back story.... I come here 2-3 times a week, often there's a line with someone out here taking orders and telling us what car we are after. NOT TODAY. So like any other 2 lane drive through it should be every other car. I thought I was next.but the gal in the brown truck cut me off and scowled at me. So ok. Maybe she's in a hurry. Then the gal in the red Jeep cut my off and yelled because it was her turn and she'd already ordered. Hummmmm. Ok. No one out there directing traffic, or taking orders, so how would I know that. Just then an attendant came out the side door and I called her over and I was like, I'm sorry, do you know what's happening today? I've been yelled at by two different cars and I'm just trying to order my coffee, she got an attitude for me asking the question and said that I was wasting her time and then if you wanted to order or not. I said no. When I got to the window, I asked for the manager who just made excuses that they were short staffed. I understand working understaffed and Portugal and being busy. There are still no excuses for poor customer service. I am a faithful dutch mom, grandma wife. And we'll not return to this location. But have 2 other Dutche Bros that I go to also 2 to 3 times a week. I will just frequent those more often.

  I would avoid this location. The line takes forever and if you use the app to place an order by the time you pick up your drink it will be melted. I waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online.

  The two lanes is awful, no matter what lane you pick they’ll get the three cars who got there 10 mins after you first leaving you waiting triple the time. Won’t be returning here and instead take my business to another coffee stand.

  We went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and after placing our order moved to the front to pay (using cash ) we handed them a $50.00 bill , moments later two girls came back to the window and one of them goes ‘ we cant accept this it isnt real ‘ I said excuse me , it must be a mistake please try again . To be told they ran it and it didnt to through. Mind you, every employee in the store was watching us like we were criminals. I used apple pay then told one of the girls there must be a problem with their machine and she said they had been using it all day just fine . This was humiliating and our family will NEVER go back to this location again ! After leaving this place we stopped by my bank to confirm if what they said was true to be told it absolutely was a REAL $50.00 bill!!!! The young people who work at this location need a crash course in how to treat people. Making accusations like this is just wrong ! I will be contacting to get the franchise owners information to contact them .
