  I had a very disappointing experience yesterday. I don't actually spend money at coffee places very often (less than once a month on average), so it takes me a good long time to build up enough points for a free drink. I was very excited to pull up yesterday with my 413 points and receive the largest drink possible. 😃👏 But, alas, the girl taking my order accidentally activated the medium instead of the large on my app. I was letting her navigate because it was my first time earning a free drink at Dutch. She was immediately very apologetic when I said, "I wanted the large though." In my mind, the solution was easy - just make me a large drink like I wanted. Instead, she questioned me as to how many points I had had. I said, "413 - plenty for a large drink." Then she said she would be right back and went to talk to a manager. The manager came out and questioned me again on how many points I had had. I challenged her to look at my app history and/or simply do the math. I now was left with 163 points after 250 were subtracted for activating a medium drink. She said there was nothing to be done about it, and I had to settle for the medium drink. No one acted angry, everyone of us was kind, and I understand that people make mistakes. What is upsetting to me is that they didn't make it right. They could have just given me a large drink. I know that these people give their friends and family free drinks all the time, so why not do the right thing by a customer when you, the barista, made the error... Starbucks would totally have made it right... Facts.

  to be honest a lot of times I get overstimulated going to dutch bros because of the loud music and busy lines. the closest dutch to me is sooo hectic but i came to this location today and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. both girls I interacted with were extremely genuine and you can tell they actually care about their customers’ experience. even though it was busy; the line moved quickly without compromising the quality of service. thank you for brightening my day!!💛💛

  The coffee is good usually but last time i was there my coffee drink and i cant remember which one it was now, but cold brew...was more water than coffee and prettymuch tasteless, the lines are always too long and whoever designed thier winding curvy drive thru with curbs too close on both sides needs to learn how cars move. It only got a 4-star because it made my wife happy.

  These idiots gave me a drink with pineapple in it. A Gemberry does not have pineapple!!!! They were apparently too busy chatting with their friends to make the drink correctly. Tues, 4/7, 510p.
