  Our waitress was awesome, Elizabeth friendly and listened to our needs, her and her manager made sure our food was what we needed as my boyfriend has dairy allergies. They checked through every channel to make sure he was able to eat. Very diligent and helpful. They went above and beyond!!!

  Had a great time hanging out at the bar only down side is two of their big screens were down. Overall enjoyed my time.

  It really sad how it turned out now. Most of the games were broken but you can still "play" on them but just lose your tokens on them wich really sucks and we went there on Wednesday so it was half off games wich if it wasn't it would be full pice games are sooo expensive. Also the food was horrible and sad. I got hair in my food but the manger was nice and gave a free game card off but still disappointing and the service was terrible. When we got there we sat in the eating area for like 20 min (mind you it wasn't Busy) while the other tables got there server under 5 mins and this dude is name bag was Ben just completely Ignore us and kept on avoiding us and the really nice lady server who came by even told us that this was his section and was wondering why he wasn't taking his section smae goes for the manager the manager was very stingy and just kept the distance away from us we just sat down we didn't do anything we were just waiting to get served we were in the right area so it was really weird but the overall experience was quite terrible and it's quite sad how downhill Dave and buster's had been. And this is just a personal thing I'm sad they don't have the gummy worm purple light up ice cube drink getting anymore

  The games were amazing, they were fun. it was loud because of the games but you could still hear others. I didn’t get any food but it looked very good. Overall this place was amazing and i would go again

  Came in on a Friday night when it wasn't very busy. The restaurant had open seating, but no one greeted or acknowledged us when we arrived. We sat down and waited 15–20 minutes without any server checking on us. One server walked by our table several times and never said a word. We eventually went to the bar to order drinks ourselves. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us were greeted and served right away. Very disappointing service and one of the worst dining experiences I've had.
