I enjoy visiting Dave and Busters across the country. This location is nice and large with lots of game choices. But the games are not well maintained and have not aged well over the last few years. Many are broken or simply don’t have enough balls, etc. to use during play. And getting any type of service- for games or food is nearly impossible.

Huge shoutout to Alyssa at the Clackamas Dave & Buster’s. We were there for my son Quinn’s birthday and had already spent around $500 making the day special. Quinn really wanted to try the human crane game, but it was an extra cost and I was pretty tapped out. Alyssa noticed and, completely unprompted, paid for his turn out of her own pocket. It was such a genuine act of kindness and meant the world to both of us. Quinn ended up winning a big rubber chicken and some amazing prizes, and he has not stopped talking about it. Her kindness turned an already great birthday into an absolutely unforgettable one for him. Alyssa is exactly the kind of person and employee every place hopes to have.

Hey been here enough times to give you the full nightmare experience so you do something, anything else. Tldr; read the one stars it's just truth here. If you want to wait 40 plus minutes to be greeted, (given sticky menues) and then another 45 minutes to get your check at the end then the resturaunt service is for you. If you like the bar being understaffed by bartenders who genuinely take 35 minutes to get you a drink(no refills if you dont beg or worse nag), then it is awesome. A prepped jello shot is a 10 minute wait, and dont forget a hand in a fridge to get AND hand you, they expect a tip . If you want to be scoffed at by a college student when you need help at the front counter(closed in the morning and most evenings) then go to the bar bc that's your only option. Game counter in prize room also hide in the back storeroom on their phones. Probably scrolling indeed yea the job sucks but it's not 8 bucks an hour it's like 18, it's gonna be ok if a customer needs help. Be prepared to be ignored for the sake of opening shift chores, even when it's after noon. Yet 3 managers just circling the area, they dont care. Standing at empty counters just hoping to be helped. The games break at least one per visit, so then you wait for 20 minutes till they radio someone, much less how they raise the credits every few months so wednesdays not even a deal. Could never afford it if I had more than one kid. I will be driving to Vancouver or the downtown to Ground Kontrol. I feel like a hostage bc of the memberships. Will not be making that mistake again. Doesn't act like a bar with an arcade or even a full service resturaunt, it's more like a few games and half a resturaunt. 5 years ago when I started coming with my kid, it seemed like they were trying; now it's official they have given up. But if you cant believe me just check they have been bad at it for the entire existence, this location of course.

It was a fun place to go especially on a warm day. The food was good. The game cards are...tricky. Seems like the unlimited card should be unlimited tickets also. 1500 tickets isn't very many for a day pass. And at $55 it's kind of expensive. BUT! You get to play a lot of games as much as you want. Our prize we got with our tickets ended up being broken when we got home to open it. Over an hour drive one way might be too far to try and get a new one. So open the boxes while you are there to make sure things work. We did have fun. Being able to play Jurassic Park game all the way through to the credits was great! Their email reply to me: Hi Rick, Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that the moon light prize was broken when you arrived home. I understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after redeeming additional tickets to obtain the item. Per our Redemption Terms & Conditions, merchandise has no cash value. The original receipt, the Power Card used for the purchase, and the original packaging are required for all refunds or exchanges. Please note that refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date on the receipt. While I sincerely apologize for the outcome, any refund or exchange requests for redeemed merchandise are handled solely at the store level. Unfortunately, Guest Relations is unable to process, authorize, or facilitate refunds, exchanges, or replacements for prize items. We recommend reaching out to or visiting the location where the item was redeemed with your receipt, Power Card, and original packaging so the management team can review your request directly. Thank you for your understanding, and again, I am sorry for the disappointment this experience caused. Seems like a copout to me and pour customer service

I went as a group with friends and we got a shared unlimited day pass. We couldn't play most games together because the card has a timer that starts once you activate the card. You have to wait about 25 seconds before using it again, and most of the games available have a shorter wait period for allowing more players to join, so we couldn't do anything together. On top of that we were limited in the games we could play so not all of them were even available to use. And the card locks you out of collecting tickets from playing once you get 1,500. This seems like a lot but is really only maybe 10-20 minutes of playing depending on how lucky you are. This really only seems like an experience you would go to if you wanted to play alone or if everyone in your group pays for their own card. Many of the games lack seating and a few we encountered didn't function correctly. Definitely not worth the price.
