  The attitude of the girl behind the counter making our food was terrible. Plus the location was a mess food under every single table. Chairs stacked almost 2 hours before closing. The line was short but the girl rushed me through and my order was messed up. Not coming to this location again.

  I showed up 25 minutes before closing and they said they were closed. Thats ridiculous if you have a closing time and don’t stand by it

  These place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes its great, alot of times its awful. I ask for a bowl with white rice and they only give me half scoop of rice and when I ask another scoop of white rice, they only give me a quater of the spoon. And then when I ask for a side of white rice to go they told me its an extra charge. Ive seen so many people sauces on the side included with their meal. Idk why I was treated different. I understand they gotta ration portions for others, but I feel I wasn't asking for much. I don't get a ton of other stuff on my food anyways. I didn't wanna make a scene so I paid and left. The last time I had the chicken here it was really salty. Like it was dipped in a bowl of salt. I told the manger and he did notice it too but didn't seem to care. Always ask to taste the food here. before giving them your money. The quality of staff and food isn't here. I don't plan on coming here again I don't recommend this place. The one on Sunnyside is much better.

  ​This location is an absolute embarrassment to the brand and provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in forty-five minutes before closing, and it was immediately apparent that the staff had already shut down operations to hang out with their friends in the lobby. ​The serving line was entirely out of foundational ingredients, including cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and chips. When I politely asked the employee if they could simply grab more from the walk-in cooler, they refused, claiming they were out of stock—all while pre-close prep was clearly finished so they could leave early. ​After expressing my frustration and politely stating I no longer wanted the order, the situation escalated from lazy to hostile. As I was walking out, the employee laughed, called me a derogatory name, and immediately offered a free burrito bowl to his friend in the lobby. ​Refusing to serve customers because you want to cater to friends, coupled with openly verbally abusing paying patrons on your way out, is completely unacceptable. This location needs a complete overhaul and thorough staff retraining. Disapointed to say the least :(
