  Nowhere near as good tasting as the other Chipotle that I go to which is near Sunset High School. I had a bowl today first thing in the morning, I have no other way to describe it but it was just junk. It was not good tasting. I was so excited when I learned that there was Chipotle near my home too. To the manager please don't bother responding with BS canned response just go to the store that I mentioned eat there and see

  Repeatedly poor service at this location. This is now the third time my order has been messed up, and each time the customer service has been rude and unhelpful. I was double charged and then had the receipt thrown away in front of me for them to then try and cover it up and give me another guac as if that would change anything. Ingredients are frequently unavailable, and I was told very rudely off. Additionally, orders are made incorrectly, and when you bring up an issue, there is little to no effort to fix it. Workers and management here is unbelievable. 
Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short on both accuracy and customer service. After three bad experiences, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. All the workers are incredibly rude and when they make a mistake they do not apologize all they say is “oops.” I’ve ordered online as well, steak bowls. Then when I got home I opened them and all I found was a half fill bowl of rice and beef barbacoa. I call the store and they have no remorse for me as they messed up all 3 of my bowls that asked for steak. Go to a different location unless you want your order messed up with extra small portions.

  There's a 50/50 chance they'll forget an item in your online order. I've made the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving the parking lot one too many times.

  out of my large bag of chips about 4 were fully cooked the others were just soggy tortillas, havent had chipotle in about a year and my first time back they couldnt even cook the chips right which is a very basic task so makes you wonder if they can even do other basic tasks like keep the kitchen clean, would give negative stars if that was an option.

  Came in at 10pm, had no honey chicken, no steak. Looked like they were ready to close. Worst service ever. Walked out
