  Came in at 10pm, had no honey chicken, no steak. Looked like they were ready to close. Worst service ever. Walked out

  Every time I go in they screw me by charging me for double meet. They barely give me any. I have to fight with them in line to get more. But the guy infront of me got way more. I every time ask for extra its like pulling teeth. Skinny guy infront of me gets what he wants. I even tip cash most people don't. My Business partner use to order through delivery services and quit because he was getting hardly any food delivered. You are loosing customers seriously. Stop being so cheap on the the portions of food. The girl today didn't even give me a full scoop of meat two half scoops of meat then call it double meat. $23.95 small bowl of food and a fountain drink. Next time they do this I going to have them make my food then say I'm not paying for it for wasting my time. Fafo. I'll do this many times until they get it right. I'll bring in my whole family and have them make it then throw it away. Stop screwing with people.

  6/02/26: My first time here. Friendly atmosphere. Friendly staffs 😄 I ordered chicken tacos on hard shells, chicken quesadilla and chicken burrito. Food was delicious! 😋🤤 There's tables inside and outside the store. P.S. I highly recommend for first timers, to check out the menu before you go. Busy place. I felt rushed at the end because i was trying to figure out what drinks i wanted. Overall, I was happy with the service❣️ Everyone was doing their best❣️ Love the vibe❣️ I'd definitely go back again! 🩷😄🌮🌯 💥 Highly recommended 💥👌 👍 ❤

  Absolutely the worst Chipotle Mexican Grill location I’ve ever been to. This used to be the spot I’d stop at after my son’s football practices, but over the past couple of years the quality and customer service have gone completely downhill. Almost every visit, the employees seem frustrated, argue with each other, or are rude to customers. My experience today was especially disappointing. I asked for mild salsa and was told they were out, even though I could clearly see it being used for online orders. When I asked if I needed to place an online order to get it, they told me yes — so I did exactly that. After placing the online order, the staff seemed irritated that I followed their suggestion, and the portions I received were unbelievably small. What made it even more frustrating was that after I finished ordering, I watched an employee grab ingredients from the online order station for customers in line anyway, so the explanation they gave me didn’t make much sense. I also asked for double veggies since I don’t really eat meat, but they barely added any. When I politely asked for a little more, they handed me a tiny container and said, “This is all we have.” On top of that, my online order was still incomplete — they forgot the sour cream and the lettuce entirely. To make matters worse, the bowls were basically filled with rice and only tiny amounts of the actual toppings I ordered. It honestly felt like they were intentionally skimping on ingredients because they were upset about the online order situation. The restaurant itself was also filthy. There was spilled soda, salt, and ice all over the floor near the drink station, and I was there for over 30 minutes without anyone cleaning it up. The drink station was dirty and poorly maintained the entire time I was there, which just added to the overall bad experience. I understand restaurants get busy, but basic customer service, cleanliness, consistency, and respectful communication should still matter. The poor attitudes, tiny portions, missing ingredients, and dirty environment made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Chipotle. This location seriously needs better training and management oversight.
