I have to resort to secondary market as a father of 5 at 4x rate due to them allowing people to not purchase from their store at all. Had to watch a guy stuff his full backpack in front of 3 of my kids on a restock day only to see him peel out another box and then stand there like he had nothing. I was at the store for an hour and 33 minutes grocery shopping with my family. This isn’t the first time I have watched the self checkout people allow scalpers to sit and stay there which is against the rules that are clearly stated and apart of their partnership with Pokemon. Disappointed at what used to be my favorite store.

The first time, I ordered a sandwich after grocery shopping and the lady behind the counter went in the back to make it. She’d return between five minute intervals saying that she didn’t have an ingredient, and would ask if I wanted to replace it with something else. This would go on for a few times, and I eventually left because I didn’t want my time wasted, I highly doubt she was working on what I ordered. It should not take more than a couple minutes at most to tell a customer that a product ran out, and if that’s the case, say it all at once instead of one by one. The second time, I came in around lunch time and asked the worker if there was going to be anymore food coming out to order. He snapped at me saying he didn’t know, and that whatever was in front of me was available to order. Very unprofessional behavior from these two experiences
