  On 12-23-2016 your store manager dismissed security when they were moments from arresting someone that we had been building a case on for quite some time. That small mistake led to so many people getting hurt

  Timothy S. and Tim M. were Rockstars! Customer service is lacking in 2026. Not at this Safeway. I switched to Safeway because Fred Meyer has a terrible new bathroom system. You have to scan a barcode to use the restroom, and half the time it does not even work. That kind of thing makes shopping harder than it needs to be. This Safeway was different. I am not an app person. I live by GPT Pro. It does almost everything for me. So using the Safeway app, scanning barcodes, and finding digital deals was not easy for me. Timothy S. was amazing. He did not just tell me what to do. He showed me. Step by step. He helped me open the app. He showed me where to look. He showed me how the deals worked. He made sure I understood it before he moved on. That matters. A lot of people rush through that kind of thing. He did not. He was patient. He was clear. He treated me with respect. Then Tim M. stepped in and was just as good. He showed me how to scan the barcode. He showed me how to use the digital deals. Then my card PIN became an issue. He suspended the transaction and waited while I changed the PIN. No attitude. No rush. No frustration. He could have made me feel like I was holding up the line. He did not. He treated the situation like it was normal and fixable. He stayed calm. He stayed professional. He helped me finish the transaction. Both of these guys were outstanding. They turned a frustrating tech problem into a good experience. This is what customer service is supposed to be. Thank you, Safeway.

  Absolutely love this place for my pick up and go orders I do every week. All the staff are very sweet and quick. We especially like Ariel who is amazing and a delight during my weekly pick ups, I always hope I get her as our deliver. I have used a few other safeways and have hard a hard time being able to park in the narrow spots but the spaces here are wide and easy to get into, have had some rude staff I've had to call multiple times to get my order brought out but never once at this safeway have I ever had an issue. Everyone is so good at their jobs.
