Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We arrived in two cars with trailers and parked in the business parking lot. Yes, the trailers extended slightly beyond the parking spaces, but they did not block the road or interfere with traffic in any way.
Instead of politely asking us to move the vehicles, a man showed up and immediately started taking photos of our cars and of us without our permission. He behaved aggressively from the very beginning, yelling that our parking was "illegal" and threatening to call a towing company. When we asked who he was, he claimed he was acting on behalf of the property owner.
His hostile and intimidating behavior completely ruined our visit. The people in the second car had already ordered their food, but they were so concerned about what he might do that they ate inside their car instead of enjoying their meal. I didn't get to eat lunch at all because I stayed in the parking lot the entire time to make sure nothing happened to our vehicles.
If there was a parking issue, all he had to do was ask us to move. Instead, he chose intimidation, threats, and harassment. No customer should be treated this way.
We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location.
We came here to buy food and were simply waiting for our order when an unknown man approached us, claiming he was acting on behalf of the property owner. Instead of speaking respectfully, he immediately started yelling at us, saying we had no right to park there.
Our work trucks are slightly larger than average and have small trailers because we perform specialized utility and construction work and transport expensive equipment. However, there were no signs anywhere stating that vehicles with trailers were prohibited from parking. The parking lot was almost empty, we were not blocking traffic, taking reserved spaces, or causing any inconvenience to anyone.
We explained that we were paying customers who had already ordered food and were only waiting for it, but he repeatedly said he didn’t care.
He then started taking pictures of our vehicles, threatened to have them towed, and eventually began taking pictures of us personally without our permission. His behavior was aggressive, intimidating, and completely unprofessional.
The entire situation left us with the strong impression that we were judged simply because we were wearing work clothes and driving work vehicles with trailers. Had we arrived in business suits driving regular passenger cars, we doubt we would have been treated this way. It felt like disrespectful and discriminatory treatment toward hardworking blue-collar professionals.
We were legitimate customers who came to support the business by purchasing food. We were breaking no rules, there were no posted restrictions against trailers, and the parking lot was nearly empty. No customer should ever be yelled at, threatened with towing, or photographed simply because of their appearance, profession, or work vehicle.
We hope the owner is aware of this incident, identifies the individual responsible, and ensures that every customer is treated with the same respect, regardless of their job, clothing, or the type of vehicle they drive.
