  I'm working doordash. I approached the counter to show him the customer that I have. Proceeds to fill customers waiting in line even after I requested. Four-dollar run turning into a 10-minute wait with no communication. When I ask what's going on. I get an obnoxious or a little slammed boss. Employee then continues to tell me how I can drop the order. Snobby slow customer service

  I did not ask for a large drink cup for my water. I pointed out the smaller cheaper looking water cups they use for free water and took two of those so we could have water with our sandwich. Then when I looked my receipt I was charged .50 for a large drink cup! When I brought this to their attention, which was after I paid the bill they just said it was a misunderstanding and made me feel like it was my fault and not that theirs. The sandwich was ok, nothing special. I got an 8 inch and it was even cut in half like all the other sub shops do. No real effort to make me their customer feel better about their mistake. Won’t be eating there again.
