- SWShannon Wood3 days ago5.0We were there for my Great aunts memorial. I wasn't terribly impressed when we first arrived because the gal at the register appeared to be trying to ignore us. When a staff member arrived at the podium they asked if we needed help. After that everything was great. The staff was very polite and attentive. The waitress assigned to our little area kept saying "Sorry it's me again". It honestly became a little comical and was a nice distraction to why we were there. Greatly appreciated. It was my great aunts favorite restaurant and now I understand why.
- JKJordan Keene4 days ago1.0Service was awful, it took forever to get a a cocktail and our food and even though no one was in the restaurant, the servers were nowhere to be found if you needed to flag them down. Fondue was good but we took our weinerschnitzel in a box because it took forever and we just wanted out. I recommened going anywhere else. And our server started cleaning up our table before we could even start to get up out of our seats because she saw we didn't tip and she was mad about it. Ive worked in service and love to tip because I know that service industry work is hard, but this place didnt deserve it at all. One of the only times not left tip in a long time.

We love their cute outfits. The menu is very eclectic and not what you find at your every day diner. Great fondue, cheese blentz, bear claws. Definitely worth the stop.

The Wiener Schitzel is some sort of bastardized version with a distinct off putting flavor of Nutmeg? Or some weird spice, no lemon or capers, not even close to authentic. Traveling through Austria, Germany and Sweden I developed a taste for Schitzel, good Schitzel. Heidi's Schitzel is a long way from good Schitzel.
