So...no complaint about the food. Great foods.
Now....it feels very scammy telling a customer to "just press the green button" to add a 20% tip which was set up as a default. Does the entire franchise run like this? Because this is absolutely scam-like. I let it go since I am traveling from a location where it has a higher cost of living and minimum wage, and I always feel empathetic for service workers having been one myself since I was young. But come on, this will catch up eventually and you will ruin your name at the end.
Be transparent and explain that customers can skip the tip or can choose the tip amount instead of telling them to "just press the green button" to add that 20% tip as if it is the most natural thing.
This reminded me of back-in-the days when typing a wrong internet address would take users to millions of pop-up windows, or when internet companies used to make customers wait for an entire day to install internet 😫🙈
First, get the app and get free fries by using the code NickBlun6130
That’s what I tell all of my friends who don’t already have the app. It makes life easier to order from anywhere before picking up your food at the restaurant, plus there are amazing offers, and rewards earned.
Second the fries here tasted like delicious homemade fresh cut fries. Mocha perks from Burgerville are the best! I usually buy a jar of Burgerville spread once a month if not more often because it is that good.
The inside was clean and the service was phenomenal, especially during a rush. One worker made our day by taking back something and fixing it or customizing it, while being polite, multi tasking, and helping others during a busy time, all while being speedy. I was pleasantly surprised and it made my visit very enjoyable.

Very sad that Burgerville no longer has salads. Wanted walla walla onion rings but there were no longer serving that season. Got the onion burger and was very underwhelmed. Probably won't go back due to lack of salads.
Ordering food at the Gresham BV is easy, getting it brought to the table seems to be a step beyond tbe process power of the current batch of employees.
Out of 4 basket meals orders, three were delivered all were missing fries and one basket went AWOL. I had to inquire twice about the rest of the meal, after that still only half of what was missing was delivered.
I keep giving this location a chance and everytime I'm let down.

Came for the famous Walla Walla Onion rings we have came to love as a Family....only to be served greasy onion rings that were falling apart and dark brown!
Either the oil from the fryers hasn't been filtered for a long time, or they fried the onion rings twice just to re-heat them. Usually they are always Golden Brown and light in color, not saturated in grease at all.
This was our first time trying this location, we usually stop by 122nd ave or 82nd Ave locations and have amazing experiences!
Not here! No one at front counter when we arrived inside, the onion rings were gross, they forgot our berry lemonade completely, and the dining area was nothing but dirty tables with food and trash all over the floor.
Someone needs to RE-Train THE ENTIRE CREW, INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT!
This was our WORST experience at #Burgerville ever! 👎
