  My review is based off the food and not the 45 mins my wife waited on. Pure taste review. TRASH...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Had a bad experience at another location but my wife and daughter gave compliments to the Medford location so I told her to go ahead and pick up some wings. She placed her order, spent over $50 on Veggie Stix, 1 Lg Fry, and a 30 piece split combo. Oh yeah and 3 sides of Ranch. The Soda did not make it into the review as it was not given to her and she didn't ask cause she wanted to leave. The Korean sauce isn't bad. That's my compliment. The Original Hot...no spice. They honestly taste like they were taken from the refrigerated section from a grocery store and microwaved and stuffed into an oily container. Easily 1 of the worst Buffalo wings I've ever had...and wings are my thing. Mybdaughter says they are the worse. I LOVE WINGS! You have to make an absolute effort to screw up wings and make them this BAD! I promise you I will NEVER eat Wingstop again. You fail at the 1 thing you claim to be good at and base your business on. My son took 1 bite and threw it in the trash. Fried wings should have some type of crisp to them and if you claim a 3 prepper rating they should have some apice to them. Why is the Ranch like literal water in consistency??? Were you running out and add water to make it last??? FOUL...ABSOLUTE FILTH! Waste of money.

  I’m a Wingstop apologist.Idc if the price is high or the wait time is long. But cook the food!!! I even selected the more time option and the traditional wings are slimy and undercooked (like in other reviewers pics).

  Fries are so salty I would never order them again. Actually, I probably won't ever order from this place again. Sorry wingstop but your parm fries are the worst. Try using less salt.

  Huge shout out to the staff. I placed an order online on 9/11 for pickup at 12:30 when I showed up they hadn't received my order. They quickly reviewed my order and asked if I was in a hurry, when I responded that I was and needed to get back to work the gentleman working up front sprung into action, he said give me 5 minutes reviewed my order again handed me my drink cup and personally went into the back to get my order together. They gave me a large order of corn and extra wings, offered me a brownie (which I declined) all well within the quoted five minutes. Exceptional customer service and a fantastic experience. I really appreciate all that they did, if I'd had the foresight to bring cash with me they would have earned a huge tip. I will definitely be back. BTW the wings were good but the corn was exceptional. Highly recommend checking them out.

  I went in yesterday and the wings tasted great! However, the texture of the skin on the bone in wings was slimy not crunchy and I couldn't stomach eating it. The people there were really friendly, but when I asked for the meal for two the cashier informed me it was not available, giving me some reason about online deals being different than in person, even though I could see the 15 piece meal for two on the menu in front of me. I don't like confrontation, and was in a bit of a hurry, so I just got two 6 piece meals, which is frustrating because it's more expensive for less chicken. I ordered my food to go and it came out really fast which was great! But when I got to my destination I realized they left out the dressings also, the fries were cold but that was probably because they were right on top of the cold vegetable sticks (which are just largely chopped carrots and celery). Overall, the restaurant was mediocre for fast food, and while the flavor profile was there, the texture makes it so they're definitely not the best wings in GP.
