  I would leave a no star review if possible the lady in the drive window was extremely rude and hostile. Will never go back and will definitely tell everyone I know to never eat there again. They don't even know the difference between cherry coke that already has the flavor or letting the customer know that its syrup they add. Not to mention its an extra thirty cents which i have no problem paying when informed properly that its being charged. Its not the fact of being cheap its that they taste totally different from each other. Plus the lady in drive said "next time if you're to broke to afford $.30 just say so". That pissed me off beyond reason. They also threw all the food in the bag squishing the fries and tots. Manager Austin wont even bother handling his employee after calling and complaining directly to him. Food is cold and poorly made. This place disgusts me. Worst customer service ever..

  Went here for my daughter's birthday passing through town. The milkshakes were awful. Way too sweet. They just tasted like sugar no real flavor. Don't think we'll be going back.

  Food is always hot and fresh. Love the tots. Always healthy portions. Service is top notch. Medford and Grantspass.

  I drove all the way there cause it says open till 2Am went there at 1AM and they were closed.
