Parking is horrible.
Lots of foot traffic/homeless.
4-6 pm is really busy with too few checkers.

Carts sometimes get stuck before you even get to your car or you go to unload them they get stuck and you can't move them to put them back. Just is a pain in the rear. Other than that maybe leave a self checkout open late at night the checker gets busy and not everyone has patience like I do. A man was pretty grumpy about us being in line with so much stuff. It was the only checker open though so not our fault and half our order was already scanned so I couldn't let him cut ahead or I would have.

Truly some of the worst customer service in the drive up and go service possible. The "manager" (not sure what he was) was angry that i asked a customer "service" rep (employee) for directions. I think someone needs to go to Webster dot Com and print out the definition of customer service for him. Do better with your hires, safeway

We went to Safeway to buy a flat iron stake. Over 35 dollars and was out dated. Can't believe one of the highest priced peices of meet was out dated. All of them, all pre packed.

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked them to leave me alone and they told me not to come back. They bombarded my space while I was at self-check out, and then made me feel bad for getting upset that I was being treated poorly. They trick people with their "digital coupon" prices. If you do not have a phone you cannot get the coupon price, and if you forget to clip while you are shopping, they make you waste your time and walk around the store to clip them after you'vealready started checkingout, like they did to me this morning. I went and clipped them, then came back to my register where the employees were surrounding my self-checkout after I had solved the problem and clipped the coupons. I have been a loyal customer there for the past 10 years, spending thousands of dollars, and being ok with the mediocre treatment. Today will be the last day at this Safeway.
