I’m writing as a regular customer who has always enjoyed the people and food at your Jimmy John’s location. However, I’ve now had the same issue twice in June that I think you would want to know about.
On 6/7 and again on 6/23, I placed orders through the Jimmy John’s app for CURBSIDE pickup. In both cases:
• The app was never updated to show my order was ready.
• Even after I checked in for curbside, no one brought the order to my vehicle.
• I eventually had to go inside to get the food myself, and the sandwiches were cold and/or soggy from sitting.
Both times, the same employee appeared to be working, which makes me think this may be a training or process issue instead of a one‑off mistake.
I like this location and want to keep supporting it, but curbside is part of what you advertise, and when it isn’t done correctly it hurts both the food quality and the overall experience.
I’m not looking to be difficult; I’m hoping you can please:
• Review how curbside orders are handled (especially app check‑ins and timing).
• Make sure staff are trained and held accountable so orders aren’t left sitting and curbside guests aren’t ignored.
If needed, I’m happy to share my order numbers and any other details. I’d appreciate a response so I know this is being addressed.

Always friendly and freaky fast! Food is always great too, just wish they would stop putting mayo on my vito. The number 5 is a non-mayo sandwich

Both the menu online and in the store say that the #8 Billyclub is a toasted sandwich. Two times now I recieved an untoasted sub. Corporate and/or the store owner need to fix this confusion as I was told by some employee with an attitude that the #8 was not a toasted sub.
If the sub is not a toasted sub, then why is there a very distinct section of the menu that says TOASTED with #8 Billyclub as one of the options (also #8 Billyclub is not listed anywhere else in the menu)?
Wouldn't that lead the average person to assume the sandwich is supposed to be toasted?
Also, the amount of meat and cheese was absolutely ridiculous for a $20 sub.
No more Jimmy Johns for me.
