He was running the line with a broken arm and still very fast and efficient. He even asked if my visit met my expectations which I appreciate greatly. Stellar employees. I Come to this location in grants Pass all the time.

Their specifications on cleaning and switching all the utensils, washing hands, changing gloves, changing for new ingredients and having one person make it the whole way down! So thoughtful and careful. And of course we love Chipotle in general but this one did an extra amazing job 👏 great group of employees
- RRreebokaholicJun 25, 20261.0Today I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I arrived at 10:45 a.m., which is the posted opening time displayed on the front door. Along with several other customers who had begun lining up, I entered the restaurant. Instead of politely explaining the situation, an employee immediately yelled that they were not open, then proceeded to crowd my colleague and me back out the door before locking it in our faces. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. If the restaurant wasn’t ready to open at the posted time, a simple explanation and apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the employee was unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. This experience left a terrible impression, and I hope management addresses both the inaccurate opening time and the way customers are treated. No one should be yelled at or disrespected for showing up during the business hours posted on the door. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from any business.
