  Every time I have eaten at this new location Chipotle whether it’s dine in or takeout or delivery there’s always something wrong. Every. Single. Time. they’ve missed a whole side on my order whether it’s chips or guacamole, forks napkins, you name it. I’ve been there maybe six or seven times since they’ve opened. I keep going back because I love chipotle but this destination sucks. One or two mistakes is fine but every time I go? They never offer to make it right besides give me a free reward the next time I come. Well with that being said I have about 6 different rewards to use now! Not to mention when I go in to eat it’s always dirty. Dirty tables, messy kitchen and employees yelling at eachother. Come on. Also! The portion sizes are half the size than normal the past few times I’ve been in. I’m paying way more than what I’m receiving. The managers need to get their employees in line because I’m tired of this.

  The previous two times we have came to this location, the portions are essentially half of what Chipotle used to be. Idk if thats how the employees are being trained, but the amount that we paid, for the amount of food received is unequal. I have a photo that the burrito we ordered for online pickup, is the same size as a 12 oz soda can.

  U know the food was great and the people are friendly.to customers. However a big problem for me that I saw is that your people have no sense or care of Teamwork at all. Making this place a hostile work environment and nothing is done about it. Thats sad. Yall all really need to learn what the hell team work is very badly. Kinda disappointed with u people here. If a worker has like 8 or more people lined up and she asked for help. Help the damn person. I see plenty of people clocked in everytime im there and not one person cares to help ur front end. Its ridiculous

  I've ordered here twice now. Each time the food has been entirely too spicy! You can't taste anything but too much spice. Even the beans were too spicy! No amount of cheese or sour cream made it edible. After spending over $100 on my last order only to get it home to feed everyone, did we discover that NONE of us could eat it, so most of it got dumped down the garbage disposal. I saw some reviews saying the food was bland, so did someone get over zealous with the cayenne pepper thinking that EVERYONE wanted burnt off taste buds? Seriously awful, and I will not be returning. I'll take my expensive orders and good tipping to another restaurant that can provide a better experience.

  We got the family meal and everyone piled up their plates and we soon found out how horrible everything was! Everything was so incredibly spicy!? I've been eating chipotle for years and I couldn't get through my meal. I can handle a normal level of spice, I often eat spicer foods and I enjoy spice from time to time but this was way too much for me!
