  I love me some chipotle.🤩😍😇🤠 I was so stoked when they announced grand opening in grants pass. I do wish the guacamole wasn't so expensive. It be dope if the guac. Was no charge! Maybe one day in the near future. Lol. 🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🌯🌯🌮🌮🌮🥩🥩🐓🐓

  This place is absolutely filthy the glass at the service line is covered in hair, dust and food particles, the serving line is covered in spilled food products all over the counters, the kitchen itself is disgusting every counter is covered in food particulate that needs wiped down the knives hanging up are covered in food and unwashed. The floor in the lounge was covered in food looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a few days. Worst of all the food was Luke warm at best gauranteed not hitting temps. Unfortunate first experience and such a shame to see a place so recently opened in such poor care.

  Food was great, just not what I was expecting.was NOT wanting subway style food. service wasn't good employees running around while only one person took care of customers. No one at the food prep area, when he needed condiments he had to stop making food and go get it himself. That's cross-contamintion. Atmosphere felt chaotic, lots of customers with only one server, and everyone else running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Get management under control, so that place can run proper and more than one person making food when it's that busy

  Refused to serve me even though they are open tell 11. Literally just helped a person before me. All doors open. Lights on saying they are open but they wouldn’t serve me. They said they are aloud to close whenever they want. Cool lost my business! Also all the employees working were very rude

  Was excited when I learned that there was a Grants Pass location. Was disappointed though when I walked in. The staff were pleasant enough but I had to repeat my order four times before even getting to the meat. Staff member seemed more concerned about "proper portions" than actually getting the order right. Ultimately I'll just stick the medford locations from now on.
