We're checking out at self checkout no signs saying you can't use a two different card payments. A customer service lady named desirae d came over and I nicely asked if I was doing something wrong and she said you cant use two different payments and told me she doesn't know what to tell me, and walked away. I was shopping for my elderly mother and myself.. I will never come back. I've never been treated so badly by a customer service representative
- OOOregoneMay 2, 20262.0I recently went into this location (Grants Pass, Oregon) around 12:30 on 5/1/26. I bought one beef jerky at the self checkout and wanted to get cash back but proceeded to pay without getting the option. No big deal. I told the cashier and she said could return it and then just give me cash back once inserted my debit again. She charged me for another beef jerky!!! I called and spoke to the on site manager and they basically didn't remediate or apologize. I'm trying to document everything. I will be going up the corporate latter to get this resolved. It's only for $3 but the principal is important. So many are struggling.
