This worker Cheyenne, had the rudest attitude, towards customers and coworkers. Including “I wanna go home” very loudly, she told her manager that she had a “essay” to finish, but in reality she was trying to go to this party she talked Very loudly about, in front of everyone to hear, meanwhile a line was building up. She was non stop complaining, then all of a sudden she was “throwing up” and gagging very loudly, and mentioned she threw up, so I don’t think that is very professional.

I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell recently. The worker named Cheyenne was extremely unprofessional—she was loudly yelling about how she didn’t want to be there and was rude to her coworkers right in front of customers. I get that fast food jobs can be tough, but this level of behavior is unacceptable. She was complaining about needing to get off work to work on an essay but it was clearly stated from her that she wanted to go to a party instead. She suddenly began pretending to throw up and joking about it with her friend near the kiosk. She yelled "I just threw up in the trashcan!!! Can I clock off now?" It was absolutely disgusting and so embarrassing. I will never be here again. This kind of attitude really impacted the service and overall experience negatively. The food also took much longer than expected. I hope management addresses this because it’s not okay to treat customers or coworkers that way. Extremely disappointed.

Taking advantage of kids. My kid went there with friends, paid in cash, the said no to giving him a receipt and then gave him the wrong food. When he said it was the wrong food, they told him to show a receipt, which they refused to give him. Then the manager told him, if he wanted the food he originally paid for, he would have to buy it again. They then walked away and wouldn't talk to him. Do better taco bell.

Had a terrible experience here. Won't be back because of it. Staff is terrible manger even worse. We received more itmes wrong then we're correct. Then they say its cause we didn't order it right on app. Well we did and have tbe receipt to prove it. Lettuce on things that we didnt want tomatoes on itmes that didnt even come with them. They would fix anything so we just left it sitting on the counter. Was refused anything else. Spent 45 bucks here. Well we reported the conduct and were refunded by Taco bell. Unfortunately they have gone completely down hill. Absolutely terrible service here.

I am leaving out many explicit and unacceptable words to write my review so that it doesnt get taken down. Assume that every possible opportunity for foul and aggressive language would have been used, but I left it out so that it doesnt get removed. That said, this is what I think. How is it that no fast food establishments have the ability to put an appropriate or nearly appropriate amount of sauce in the bag with the food. Let alone putting the right sauce in the bag. This isn't a once in a while thing, this is an every time thing. If I order 20 chicken nuggets for my son's and I ask for ranch. I want more than 2 tiny packages. It never used to be like this.
