    No flavor in my coffee and when I asked for lite ice the young girl gave me an attitude and said it's life enough. 8 asked her again if I could have less and she dumped out like 5 cubes and gave me a dirty look.

    This location had an employee that seemed like she didn’t want customers and for a Dutch it literally was a first time ever in the history of me drinking Dutch. It was 30 min before closing. The drink she made was horrible. I apologized to my hubby and said I can’t drink that. He tasted it and he didn’t want it either. What it was I can’t remember it’s not important because it’s how it made me feel because I couldn’t drink it. We just spent a bunch of money on it. We’ve ended this location several times and we never had this happen. Unfortunately, my husband says we’re never going back though so that location is off our radar from here. Forward.

    So, I have been using the drive-through at the Florence, Oregon Dutch Brothers I really started getting the dolce de Leche when it came out the latte or beverage with ice and you know I always tip. I take advantage of Fred Meyer‘s having the rewards quadruple reward fuel points when you get a card and download it on the app so I do that. I am very disappointed anytime I have a question about the pricing extra suite it’s $.30 or $.50 more I get it why didn’t they explain that to me the last two times there I asked for no extra sweetener and it was so sweet. I couldn’t drink it four or five days ago. I could taste the syrup today. The girl at the window said my manager is getting tired of you saying that your drinks aren’t made right if you don’t like them the way we make them here maybe you should and I knew what she was gonna say go somewhere else so I said that’s disturbing that you would say that because it was so sweet. It tasted like syrup and every time I get One it would get lighter and lighter in color it looked white. It didn’t have the light tanner brown color so today when she said that she was being very snotty and said everyone is tired of me saying something I have never been mean to the employees there I have never been rude. I just let them know when I came and another thing she said that they’re always making me free drinks. That’s A lie. I take it and drink it the way it is or I dump it out when I get home she was lying the whole time and said the manager/owner said if I don’t like it they’re getting tired of me saying something and it’s not true that I say something every time you know what I told her I’ll use the rest of the gift card that’s downloaded on the app and I will not go back there and I will be calling Corp.

    Light-years away from the service I have come to expect from Dutch Bros. I ordered a small dark chocolate mocha and a kids strawberry smoothie. It was not read back to me and the person taking my order barely even gave the total while she walked away so I wasnt even able to ask about why it was so much. While I waited I was trying to figure out why it cost so much and it wasnt until I was handed a medium smoothie for my 3 year old that I understood why. When I told them that wasnt what I ordered the employee at the window talked to someone else inside like I wasnt even there. Not once did anyone read my order back they just talked about me like I wasnt there. Dutch Bros is known for their friendly employees and I've had some of my hardest days made so much better just by visiting. It's very disappointing to find service.
