  Ordered 2 chili dogs with extra onions & chili. Had a seat and waited about 10 minutes and a woman comes to my table and asked if there was something else I might like and I said no just the chili dogs. She apologised and said they were out of buns but they would send someone down to the Safeway and get some. I just could not believe I had to wait 10 minutes to be told there were out of buns on Easter Sunday at noon, just got a refund and left.

  Ordered a double cheeseburger and a mint oreo cookie blizzard. The burger was totally unappetizing as it was microwaved - the pickles were hot and the buns were limp. I was expecting a grilled fresh burger. There were no cookies in the blizzard, it had bits of the coating you would find on a dipped cone, but no cookies. Totally unappetizing meal. The person in the drive through ahead of me got tired of waiting and left without their order. This confused the guy at the window who tried two different order before finding the one that was mine. They were not busy inside as two guys were standing around chatting before one of them microwaved my burger. Very disappointing. DQ is usually better than this. I was not given a receipt.

  That was the rudest person I've ever met working a dairy queen drive thru. The guy handed me my blizzard into my car window and it was dripping all over the place. When I asked for some napkins to clean it up, he said "they're in the bag" and walked off. The blizzard was basically liquid by the time I got home, and I live 2 minutes away. The cheese curds were so salty I couldn't eat them., soggy too, like they were undercooked to rush the order. First and last time there.

  On 1/2/2026 we went in the evening to get desert. Ice cream was good, as always, but the experience was frustrating because online it says open until 10pm, on the sign on the door it said on Fridays open until 9:30pm but they had already closed the lobby and we were told it closed at 9pm everyday. We suggested they make a new sign and we hope they check with the owner to get their hours figured out both in person and online.
