I walked into the store and it was really full but I noticed there was nobody at Starbucks and the lady was just standing there doing nothing and I'm on my way to check out and the line is all the way to the back of the aisle and all of them are full and there was some lady who was all the way back there All she had was three items quick little check out and I said you could go to Starbucks and they can check you out really quick I've done it many times before I used to work at Safeway with the Starbucks and there was never any issue ever in this person's new so I'm sure they just don't know that it's okay if they actually help out but the fact that she wouldn't even left a finger to help out a customer like it's just unfathomable can you imagine asking somebody for help and them just saying no and rejecting to you and then not only that but walking around and complaining to at least three of the people who are working One of the people who was at the self checkout and then even one of the people which is just unfathomable who was out there collecting carts at the time he was counting cans for a customer and she comes out and starts complaining to him. She was complaining that she had to check out a customer she wasn't doing a single thing and the fact that she wouldn't be a team player and help out the fact that she would just isolate herself inside of Starbucks and just completely cut her soft self off from the world is just unbelievable like you can't just check this lady out she's got three quick little items isn't like she has a whole shopping cart of things I've done it many times before myself and I know they can do it but the fact that she had to go out of her way to complain and stomp her feet and whining cry The by the time she was done whining and crying she could have checked out everybody and she could have got back to work but she chose to run around like a chicken with her head cut off and make this huge scene it was the most annoying thing I've ever seen in my entire life I've been going to that hour since since I was in like 2004 maybe even earlier. I've never had an issue like that once and this is the only time I've ever experienced any bad issue at this particular location but that was just really really bad The fact that she's going to go out and start complaining to this guy He's counting this guy's can is and he's running around collecting shopping carts and everybody else is in their check stands checking people out they're really busy they don't have time to listen to this lady from Starbucks complaining that she has to check one person out when she's sitting there doing nothing she doesn't even have one thing to do how much money has Starbucks made today under $100 now how much money has Albertsons made thousands of dollars which one is more important. If you want to look at it like that if money's the most important thing if you want to try to act like a team player or you just going to be so bougie that you're too good to help out you know it's like what she won't she won't lift a fingernail to help anyone out she would actually rather turn somebody down and run around and start complaining to everybody three different people. Her name is McKenna or something like that and she has pink hair and she works at Starbucks. It's not just me who she offended she offended many people including several her co-workers. Nobody wants to listen to somebody nagging and complaining and whining and crying that they have to do their job you know it's just unfathomable for me. If it was up to me I would say you get one more chance give her a good warning get one more chance to like you know treat people with common decency and help out as a team player or you just just let her go because clearly she doesn't know how to work as a team.
