The staff is rude. The food is not good. The restaurant is dirty. I would avoid at all costs.

The food is pretty good. Is it "authentic" Mexican food? I guess that's up to each individuals interpretation. For me personally, a burrito is a burrito, a taco is a taco, just like a hot dog is a hot dog & burgers are burgers. Some are better than others, but it also depends on what each person considers "good." I happen to like the food here. Most of the things that I've ordered have included steak, which I have enjoyed very much. The meat has been tender & not full of gristle, nerves, & fat which I frankly, find disgusting in food. You have the option of choosing how you would like to order your food, whether it's in a bowl, a taco, burrito format. There's also quesadilla style too, if preferred. Surprisingly enough, I didn't know this until last night when I went in to order, but breakfast is also available here as well. I'm not sure about breakfast hours, but you could always call & ask. As far as food goes though, I like the choices available. It's almost like a "Hispanic Subway" if you will. All of the toppings available are behind a clear glass panel. You walk through the line telling the person making your food what you would like from beans & rice to fresh toppings & salsas as well. You can make your meal into a combo with chips & either salsa or a sort of spicy but not too spicy cheese dip which is really good as well, & your choice of a bottled beverage or a fountain drink that you serve yourself. The food is tasty, price is reasonable, but what did throw me off was parking & the location of the restaurant. In the front of the establishment, there is currently construction going on so you can't park in front. You have to drive around to the back & find parking somewhere. There's entrances in front & back which was a lifesaver since we had to park behind the restaurant. This location is located downtown & in the middle of "college kids central." If you're a single person who doesn't mind rowdiness or kids who are drunk & yelling, more power to you. This place on a typical weekend is probably the place for you. However, if you're more of a quiet reseved type or have a family, especially with small children, maybe limit your visits to day hours & order delivery service at night. There's a fair amount of seating available. However, they were a bit understaffed last night which created a bit of a line & wait time. The 2 workers were very polite & handled business very well. One had blue hair I believe, & the other was a quiet Hispanic young man taking care of online prders that were being picked up. The blue haired worker was the only one working on people's orders who were in line. I felt so bad for both of them because there should've been more help. To top it off, drunk & rowdy college kids kept pouring in, mostly girls. We ordered, ate, & left as soon as possible. As we walked out in the parking lot to get to our car, we had to keep our wits about us because its the downtown area, at night, & all you could hear were people yelling at each other & girls screaming for no reason other than the fact that they'd had too much to drink. Overall, the food is good, but just in a bad location for me personally. However, this is only my opinion & anyone reading this is free to go & try it out & form their own opinions themselves. No harm in that either. Hope this helps & good luck!
