  Ordered a pepperoni pizza with crispy pepperoni on it to. What I got was a pizza with barely any of both types of pepperoni on it and barely any cheese. I believe this location is franchised out and the owner is cheating people on pepperoni and cheese toppings thinking it will increase his profits. The owner of this location needs to be barred from owning and operating pizza huts. Pizza Hut is a sinking ship and is bound to go bankrupt if they allow franchised ones like this one to operate. The only good thing about this location is the employees were nice.

  Ordered delivery online. Pizza arrived half sloughed off. When I told the store, the worker said he would remake the one, but we sat there for 20 minutes while my other pizza got cold along with my bread sticks and wings. When I told him I didn't think that was right and I'd like to talk to a manager, he told me there is no mechanism for this. I asked if he could just refund the whole thing and he said no. Abysmal customer service. I will not be ordering from this store again. Everything is expensive now and pizza is a treat. Thanks for the ruined evening.

  Food was never delivered. After 1 hour of waiting, I called the store and was told that my order had left the store. Dubious. After waiting another 30 minutes with no food, I called the store again and was told my order was delivered. Untrue. Then, I requested a refund and was told it would not be possible. I have since contacted customer service using the email provided in these reviews, and they have not responded a week later. Just disgraceful all around.

  I paid for a delivery order which never arrived. After around 1 hour of waiting, I called the store and was told that my order had left the store. Dubious... After waiting another 30 minutes with no food, I called the store again and was told my order was delivered. Nope. Then, I requested a refund and was told it would not be possible. Now I have to deal with my bank to get my money back for an order they should have automatically re-sent to me ALONG WITH a refund, no questions asked. Honestly, disgraceful.
