Judging from your reviews this is a common occurrence. My fries were literally not cooked like ice cold after i sat for 10 minutes. You need to step it up and honestly fire all the people on shift at Saturday at 645.

I told her and she bagged my order. She asked another customer what their order was. There were no orders on screen. Slow service. Employees cheating their system to get better metrics. Customers pay the price
