    This place sucks. Always tell you to pull forward and wait from the drive through and then proceeds to either forget part of your order or just forget you completely.

    Use the kiosk and ask you to put down your table number when you there is no table numbers then it tells you to go up and pay at the counter stood there at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody finally came and helped i paid for table number and he acted like i asked for too much got the food sloppily put together and then you can't even get a refill on a soda

    I always give this location credit when talked poorly about by others, but today no good deed went unpunished I guess. I'm used to waiting a bit at this location and its a fair tradeoff for the fresh fries I always get here normally. But today I have no clue what happened and I don't know how to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I was wanting to grab something quick in between my commute and figured I'd go here and only get a burger no big deal. I order ONE big mac originally and since the drive through line was long I opted for curbside so I wouldnt be wasting the gas for just one burger. Order put in at 11:29. I waited and waited patiently as I see the rush of cars through the drive through get their orders. First, I figure yeah I wouldnt waste time walking out here either for just a burger, except they do keep coming out to deliver other people's orders? Why not add the single burger order to carry out too? Alas I still wait. About 15 minutes go by and another person pulls up in the spot next to me. 15 more minutes go by. The drive through is now clear except one car waiting. The guy next to me gets his order! Drive through now empty and basically lot is empty. Now I'm like okay maybe they were waiting for the rush to finish? And now they're getting my order ready? Another 5 minutes go by and im like okay screw this im going through the drive through. I try to offer that maybe there was a glitch? I had been waiting so long that my app let me put in another order so I just decided to also get fries too. I explain both orders and asked if there was possibly an error with the app? The lady somewhat rudely says that my fry order JUST came through (very well could be an app issue but it had also been like 15 minutes at this point since I put in that order) and then I'm waiting more as they try finding my order. She then tells me its ready and to pull up. Im waiting longer... then someone hands me the bag and very quickly and lowly while turning away from me says "sorry for the wait" and leaves. I'm in shock by how bad the service was today. What is happening? An hour ordeal for ONE big mac and ONE order of fries.

    They made me wait five minutes before even taking my order in the drive-through once I paid for the food they told me to pull up to the first spot by then proceeded to wait 30 minutes before getting my food and none of the food was even warm so I don’t even know why the long wait very disappointing not ever coming back to this location .
