    Used to be good -- now one of the worst McDonald's I've been to - Staff acts annoyed that anyone dares to place an order - Usually one item in any given order is unavailable for whatever reason - Food usually errs very much on the soggy side - For what it's worth, they do keep the place decently clean, but why would I want to eat inside if my presence annoys the staff so much?

    Literally the worst McDonald’s in the area. Forgot to give me two of my sandwiches. Complained. Didn’t hear anything back. Complained again. Finally, I was told that my request was closed so I complained again. Then I finally called the manager, to which I was told that I needed to come in and produce my receipt - even though I was an online order and they would have record of my order. Especially when I was able to provide my order number, the time, date, etc. I find this incredibly ridiculous when they were the ones who messed up. Now I have to spend more time and money on gas to go give them a receipt for a refund of about $3-5? Does that sound like good business practice to you? Does that sound like a company that cares about customer satisfaction or customer retention? No, me neither. I will never be returning to this McDonald’s and probably any other McDonald’s. Their food is always cardboard esc. & if I’m not going to get what I paid for, I will go elsewhere. It’s simple.

    Honestly, this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever stepped into. The automated checkout didn't print a receipt. Service was quick and an employee was sweeping/i saw a mop.....but the floor looked like it never really gets cleaned. Is it just me? Or is this just Eugene???
