  The lack of customer service and basic human decency at this location is astounding. The employees treat customers as if they’re an inconvenience and speak to them in a condescending, dismissive manner. There is absolutely no sense of courtesy or professionalism. The food is good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, no sandwich is worth being treated poorly, and because of the service alone, I will not be returning.

  I go to this jimmy johns more often than I would like to admit, my sandwich is always delicious and the staff is so kind and friendly!

  Employees were rude as soon as we walked in we couldn’t understand why. Then made my wife bag her own sandwiches so they could make the next order and there were only 2 customers in the store. 🤦‍♂️
