My order was marked as delivered even tho I never got it, and they refused to give me a refund so I went to my bank and let them know i never got the food, and this location was so upset I got mt money back for food I NEVER received that they blocked me from ordering there again when it was THEIR mistake. Honestly glad it happened. Because pegasus pizza is WAYYYY better and they ha e better customer service, and I would have never tried their pizza if they didn't pull this dumb shit. I reached out via their concern line, since they were very busy at the store, Rick the manager took the time to call me back and leave a voice mail, since i'm never at my desk, saying that they would honour the coupon and adjust my bill.... that a credit would be going back to my card.... Thank you Rick and team for feeding us so well all different times of the day and night!! And for letting me use a coupon to defray some of the cost, of feeding a large team! I've tried three times, and it's been bad every time. The employees here have zero pride in the quality or presentation of their food. They are slow and late on delivery, so it's cold every time. They've gotten orders wrong 2 of 3 times. When calling to report the problem, they are annoyed if you request a re-delivery because they'd rather just refund you. They don't care at all.

Today I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and that a specific employee had started making my pizza. I arrived in 30 minutes, and the kid at the window said it would be 20 more minutes. I asked why when it said online they had started my order 30 minutes ago and he said "we're short handed" That still doesn't explain the point of an app telling me what's going on with my order but it being a lie, but ok. He said you can wait 20 minutes or I can cancel it. I asked for it to be canceled, Dominos is not the best pizza, but its convenient and unfortunately this specific one keeps proving to not be convenient at all.
