Cheese and other toppings were mixed together across the work surface, and the dough preparation table appeared dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, I ordered a cheese pizza, but there was a piece of bacon on it. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who avoid pork because of religious beliefs, allergies, or dietary restrictions. Ingredients should be kept separate to prevent cross-contamination. This store needs much better hygiene and quality control. Based on my experience, the cleanliness and food handling standards were unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home and opened the box. Today was my husband’s birthday, and he had specifically been looking forward to a Hawaiian pizza. Instead, we received a pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, and bacon—none of which we ordered. To make matters worse, when I called the store, I was told that I could not get a refund and would have to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct pizza. My home is not close to the store, so this was extremely inconvenient. The mistake was made by the restaurant, yet the burden was placed on the customer to fix it. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of attention, poor customer service, and refusal to offer a reasonable solution turned a simple birthday dinner into a frustrating experience. I hope management takes steps to improve both order accuracy and customer service.
