- TRTaylor Russo5 days ago1.0I spoke with one of the most incredibly rude people I have ever met. When she first answered the phone she said “your order has been picked up so I can’t check” and insisted that about four times before I finally said, “how has my order been picked up when I placed it LITERALLY 15 seconds ago on DoorDash, without a dasher assigned?” (Not exaggerating, quite literally 15, 20 seconds at most) Then she said “oh I see it I just can’t change the order” I didn’t ask her to change it. I asked if they could possibly double check the sauce is in the bag, as the last two times I’ve ordered it hasn’t. The lady snapped at me and said “if you ordered it, it’ll be in the bag” uhm…no, it never is, that’s why I called. She was incredibly short, I understand being busy but being rude isn’t an excuse.

Went to pick it up the kid says it was a system error and they don’t have the order in their system. He was soo extremely kind and helpful however when he asked the manager with red hair she was very rude. Stating there is nothing she can do and I need to chat with the online system. I do that, that immediately closes my chat saying there is nothing it can do as the system was processed through my app. I left without my order while still being charged for my food. Pretty ridiculous. Again the young man this evening was nothing but kind and helpful, however manager needs some help with her customer service skills. I understand it was busy, but I showed her many times I clearly was charged for my order and she completely ignored me and said there was nothing she can do. Unacceptable from a manager of a business. Also not to mention how rude she was to the other man helping me- he was doing his best to think of what to do and every chance she shut him down and belittled him in front of customers. Not somebody you want running the front end or in charge of others.

- NNNatalieAug 30, 20261.0What a huge bummer. Second time the rice is undercooked (devastating for my mouth), fajitas undercooked, chips stale and for the first time chicken overcooked. It for sure will be a long while before I return to the Coburg location in Eugene.
