- JJJosh3 days ago5.0Fresh ingredients (definitely not microwaved!), solid value, and friendly staff. But the absolute best part of my visit? No annoying tip screen when you pay with a card! It is so refreshing to go to a counter-service place that understands tipping is for table service. Because they didn't pressure me with a screen, I gladly left cash in the tip jar. Highly recommend this location.

When you have a question that their automated system doesn't answer it is infuriating when you can't get a person to answer a simple question. You end up angry at the place before you ever even get an answer.

So all in all I think its a bit of a rip off and I just dont go there much. But I do visit the other places that give a better value for what you get.

I got a bowl with rice, fajita veggies, chipotle honey chicken, tomatollo- green chili sala and romaine lettuce. Everything was fine except the fajita veggies. They were barely cooked (it's like they never touched any heat) and had no flavor. The chipotle on gateway st is much better.

I understand that orders have to be made, but the optics are terrible. Maybe alternate or something to keep your line moving. $20 for a steak bowl, they used to give you a tortilla on the side for free, it's a charge now. Cilantro lime sauce. A LIQUID SAUCE, upcharge.... and it all tastes like regurgitated garbage anyway. Eat at any of the plethora of mexican restaurants around town, instead of this cesspit of despair.
