  The location was out of water cups, guac, and veggies. My friend was using hot sauce containers to drink water. A table of 9 managers were there at the same time. They were not wearing any chipotle clothing to associate with the company. They told him they were managers, and he didnt believe them because they were in dingy outfits and did not look the managerial type, and again, were not dressed to represent chipotle. He thought they were just a group of people giving him shit for no reason so he ignored them, went back to minding his business, and he kept drinking water through hot sauce containers. Again, THEY were the ones out of CUPS. They call the gateway MALL COPS to escort our group of 8 out of the location, including his DISABLED GRANDPARENTS. Their reasoning? He was “taking shots” and “giving attitude”. Employees were delightful, but ragtag managers were awful. If you want to be treated like a human being, do not visit this location. Shocking behavior by the management squad that once again did not resemble chipotle associates, and were CONVICNED my friend was doing SHOTS using their hot sauce containers. Incompetent bunch.

  Ordered ahead. It was delicious but they forgot my queso. I called and they replaced it with a reward that expires. I don't appreciate that very much.

  We love Chipotle, however we’re at the point where we no longer want to go to this location. There is a blonde woman who is always rude and nasty to deal with. She is so mean (to staff and customers), my young kids no longer want to go there. There’s no reason for her to be like she is, especially in customer service and being the front register person.

  I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but this location is by far the worst I’ve experienced. The portion of rice was extremely small, the lettuce was black, and the chicken had a rotten smell. This branch is very disappointing and poorly managed.

  My wife and I tried the Coburg Road restaurant for the first time ever 2 nights ago. We were very disappointed. Here's why..... 1. All employees, who you very young, were playing around. Looks like we interrupted a food fight. 2. We had never eaten at Chipotle before so we were trying to decide . One of the employees said, " If you don't know what you want, please step out of the line ! " REALLY????? You call that customer service? Not even close . 3. The ingredients behind the sneeze shield, were barely stocked, the whole area was not clean and should look clean and well stocked as opposed to dirty and not eye appealing. 4. I was not very hungry so I asked if I could get a smaller bowl. The counter girl replied ..." NO! " No explanation just a very rude NO !! 5. We were still deciding what we wanted on our bowls, looking at the ingredients, and the cashier said " Please decide, you are holding up the line ". For a first time visit, neither my wife or I were impressed with this restaurant.
