  So awesome that I had to come back to Eugene for it. Fantastic combination that lets you have the best of both the pho and banh mi. Also, as a vegetarian, I love the flavors but often don't care for the actual meats or even beef broth. I absolutely LOVED their pho variations with yellow and green curry broth. Not exactly the beef / bone broth pho but absolutely delicious and has all the other joys of fresh textures and flavors of crunchy veggies and protein with tofu (although you can choose chicken or beef too). And the Banh mi was also next level with the optional addition of cheese and avocado. Again, not the traditional textures of just the bread (which is on point), marinated protein and pickled veggies & cilantro alone (although you can get that too), but oh so delicious. The flavors, textures, freshness and price point are fantastic. The people making and serving often seem to be young student types who are cheerful and friendly (not the eye rolling types) with enough staff to handle the lunch & dinner crowds without visible stress and therefore no stress gets transferred to customers. Awesome place. Highly recommend.

  I had the Chicken Bahn Mi and it was great! The service was wonderful as they served us outside since I had my miniature poodle with me. My brother and I ate outside which was perfect.

  We ordered for for a 3 hour later pick up and when arrived was perfect and hot and super yummy! Pho was amazing!
