  Good store. There's always an issue with the price integrity, so much so I only shop there if I'm picking up a prescription. I don't use the can return either due to the homeless issue. Dangerous. I literally live right near here but don't usually shop here anymore.

  Was waiting at bakery to order big cookie. Was told she would be right there. I was on phone talking to daughter. To see what she wanted on it. And how to spell it. Then what colors. Thinking I would be help right away. I kept her on phone for spelling. After 5min passed. I told my daughter I cant wait any longer. Lady behind counter said oh I've been ready . Was waiting for you to get off phone. Wow! Told her I was on phone to get correct spelling. She with an attitude said it's to distracting to help when someone is on phone. Told her again why I was on the phone. She said it's way to distracting. This whole time I'm standing right at the counter. She never said I'm ready or even walk up to counter. Just kept doing stuff. Then has an attitude. So I walked off. She just gave me a very snippy attitude. Time 11:15 am Date 6/23 Taller half blonde hair. Going to Fred Myers now

  I had a very mixed experience at this Sav-on Pharmacy while traveling and trying to obtain an emergency refill of an important medication I had accidentally left at home. The positive side is that two pharmacy technicians, Carlos and Noah, were outstanding. Carlos quickly discovered that a transfer request had not been submitted as I had previously been told and immediately took action. Noah went above and beyond, spending significant time researching the issue, creating my profile, following up with me, and ultimately finding a solution that allowed me to obtain my medication before leaving town. Both were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation. Unfortunately, my interactions with one pharmacist were the opposite. I received conflicting information on multiple occasions and was spoken to dismissively when trying to understand the status of my prescription transfer. After repeatedly explaining that I would run out of medication before a long drive home, I expected more professionalism and empathy. Because of Carlos and especially Noah, I was ultimately able to get the medication I needed. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service.

  I'm so disappointed with the changes. Seems like there's more staff checking prices or walking around then at a check stand. It's like now there's only one and if your lucky there's a bagger. Back in the day if there was 3 line they would call for more checkers. Now there's more self checkouts registers. I'm sorry if I'm buying more then 10 things I'm not using a shelf checkout. Please add more checkers and baggers.
