The experience was terrible. -The shopper sent me a msg through chat, saying they didn't have ANY of my ice cream selections and the brand Halo Top was completely out. When I came to pick up my order, I had to go inside to pick out my own produce, and wow the shopper lied. They DID have my ice cream + several other flavors from Halo Top. My selections were on the top shelf. Clearly, someone was lazy. -They picked two wrong frozen meals. -When the person placed my groceries in my back truck, they basically threw the items in there. Crushing my bread. The tortillas were also opened. This was NOT a good first impression on the online pick up process.

Today I walked in at 6 AM with my baby in a stroller to do some shopping I needed a handful of items again I have my baby in a stroller and I wanted to grab a basket so I could do some quick shopping. They no longer have baskets at this location. When I asked them for a basket, they said people, steal items and baskets… I need a basket to do my shopping. They said they don’t have any, they recommended I pushed my stroller and a shopping cart lol the high prices and the lack of customer support/service. I will be taking my business to Walmart and other towns for my grocery shopping, Safeway is ridiculous!!!
