  Absolutely abhorrent management. The entitlement of a measly shift lead and the audacity of the assistant and rgm for how they treat their employees and customers is disgusting. Do not waste your time or money here. They need a complete reset with management. This place is a dump.

  This is the 3rd time we have come inside to grab lunch and they are completely disorganized. They are forgetting something in everyone's orders, when you ask them for the missed items they give attitudes before giving you the items cold, on top of the rest of the food being cold and gross. Then who I'm assuming is the manager or shift lead right now is bank there yelling and belittling the workers. Very unprofessional.

  As a local.. we avoid dining in at this location. It is atrocious to say the least. Every table is dirty, kids structure is gnarly and the garbage is always over flowing.

  I work in food service, and have for the better part of 8 years. I ordered the current themed meal for my girlfriend and a 10 piece meal for myself, both large in the drive-thru. When we received our food, I was missing my ENTIRE entree. In a world where we have dumbed down the service industry to reading items on a screen and sending it through a machine to cook before handing it out a window, I fail to see how it is even possible to miss something so crucial to an order. Sauce is common, fries maybe, but an entire entree?? I parked and went inside, to which I was given my missing meal with no hassle, although was not extended an apology at all. I have to give some slack because it's McDonalds. They probably run through 4 employees a week. It is still baffling to me that there is no quality check from kitchen to window. This is my first time at this location, as I live elsewhere, and it had a very bad first impression.

  What a joke. I ordered breakfast at 10:15 AM. The app accepted my payment and took my points. Then, when I got there, they said they couldn’t make the food because they had “just received the order.” That shouldn’t matter—the timestamp clearly says 10:15 AM. Now I have to wait three to five business days to get my money and my points back. What the hell? Why is it that this only happens at the Dallas, Oregon McDonald’s? It’s always something with this location. I’m over it. I’ll just start giving my business to BK. At least when they mess up, they make it right.
