    Purchased a chocolate frost (I know they changed the name to shake now). It was terrible, no chocolate and tasted more like vanilla, but very “chalky”. Literally only drank 1/4 and threw the rest away. A few days later, decided to try it one more time to make sure it was or wasn’t a one off. Employee was great, and definitely did great for the chocolate, but found out today that it depends on the location on how the Frosts(shakes) are actually made. This location (in town) uses a powder mix with water to create their shakes. I was looking for the actual chocolate frost made with blended ice. It lasts way longer and is so much better. This shake tasted like powder mix and melted in like 5-10min. It was bad. This time I was only able to finish 3/4 of it before it all turned to chocolate milk.☹️ Question I have is why are some locations changing how they make drinks? Is it because it’s franchised? I will try to ask now every time I do get a chance to go to one, but if I forget to ask, when I order a chocolate frost and it comes back as a powdered shake instead of with ice, will that location refund my drink if I take it back? Sad I can’t order the same thing no matter which location I go to. O’well, lesson learned.
