    When I would go to Jefferson St, it was wonderful each time! When Ellendale was born, that's now the one I visit the most. The staff are awesome! I've read through other reviews... everything can said two ways... one way starts wars, the other starts peace. I choose peace. But I love the staff. When I had to put my dog down this month, they were so very sweet to me. They get all love from me! ❤️❤️

    I spent money didn't have to try and earn 12 points to get my free drink (large, I don't want to waste points on a medium when I drink more coffee than that and it's a lot of money to get said points!) and I told them before I did what my intentions were. When the points went on I was still 6 points shy so I asked is there anyway they could make it a large this one time for my medium since I went through the trouble. The lady at the window was sweet but the lady she asked shut it done fast like dutch would be hurting if they gave a large instead of a medium like most of it ain't ice ! They then asked if I still wanted the medium I said no I was upset and I left . Customer service wasn't good in my opinion which may not be agreed with which is ok with me.

    I’ve been to Dutch bros all over Oregon and in California. I’ve gotta say this is probably the best franchise I’ve been to. (Also, shoutout to Brandon!)

    I ordered ahead and told the guy holding the pad that I am here to pick up order. After I waited 7 minutes and pulled up the window, I saw the guys and girls insides making others drink. Then they started to make my super easy drink but I had to wait for another couple minutes. Previously it was a lady holding the pad and she would bring me the drink and I left without waiting for 10 minutes Today they were making drinks for cars BEHIND me.

    First let me say get the app and join its excellent. Then I would say try the iced 24 oz white chocolate annihilator. If you need a little extra kick tell them add an extra shot and please make o5 a little extra sweet and it says perfect as can be. And I greatly want to thank them for allowing me to have a pup cup for my dog 🐕. There's stickers lanyards and other neat products are super fun. I would highly recommend this place to be your coffee headquarters while in Lincoln City and you'll enjoy the customer service being above average
