I told her upfront I needed cash back, and she said no problem and told me to use the reader. I tapped my card, but it processed immediately without giving me the cash back option. When I asked about it, she casually told me cash back only works if you insert the card, not tap. It would have been great if she mentioned that before I paid, especially since I asked about it.. When I asked to get cash back, she said I had to make a purchase. I pointed out that I literally just made one, but she insisted. I offered to just buy a candy bar, but then she told me I had to get in the back of the line and start over to fix her mistake. At that point I just walked out. Totally unhelpful and a complete waste of time. I considered giving two stars because I've been here so many other times, but as I thought about it I realized I've had many average experiences here, and one really bad one, but never a good one.
