I ate a beach sandwich last week and literally it was the only thing I ate for the entire day and I had the absolute worst possible case of food poisoning. The sandwich was really soggy the lettuce was limp wet and slimy I stopped eating it and woke up in the middle of the night dying of stomach pains. I’ve had food poisoning but nothing compared to this. Watch how you prep and throw away bad food.Throw away old rotten food. I’ve ate here before and it was nothing like last week! Whoever your employees are should re take the food exam. Don’t save prep food from the day before. It sits out and goes bad. You’re saving Pennies and losing customers.

Disappointed they no longer have iced tea. All drinks now are sweet. Tea replaced with 2 flavors of lemonade. Please bring back the iced tea!

This shop doesn’t even deserve the one star rating after the treatment that I received today. I was a regular today. I come here very consistently and I have spent a lot of money at this shop. Until today. I had an $18 order (at least $18). I ordered a toasted chicken sub with four home style ranch, pesto salad on the side, and a fountain drink. I used the app. I had to wait for my order which took too long for an order pickup. Then I came in when my order was ready and I had no fountain cup in my bag. I then decided to order a meal inside for my dad. I did the $8.99 deal. This girl with the glasses made the sub and handed it to me with no bag. I had to grab the fountain cup and the bag of chips because I ordered a meal and I left a tip. I get out to my car and my sub is feeling pretty light. I normally order this sub so I know that it’s not the usual feel when I take it out of the bag. So I decide to check it after I pull out my ranches. I only have two ranches in the bag when I ordered four. I open my sub and I barely have any chicken on the sub. I was upset. I had more lettuce and tomatoes than I had chicken and cheese. Barely any bacon. I went back to the sub shop and the employees (male worker, girl with red hair and pony tail, and the girl with the black glasses) rudely tell me its portion control and the girl who had the glasses with the same damn blue gloves on that don’t even look like appropriate gloves or wear to handle food) puts her finger in the sub that I opened to show her and pokes through and says it’s in there. I was like there is barely any meat in there? I said I am never coming back here and I left. I got back to my car and I sat there upset that I spent about $27 plus a tip only to get that kind of low level service experience which is a silent screw you to me as a customer because they already got my payment and a tip. I decided to go back in and I brought my family member and we put it all back in the bag and held up a line with plenty of customers watching and I made them refund all of it. I will make sure it’s refunded because I will call my bank and have it refunded on my card. The audacity to have to spend that much money and to be asked for a tip when paying. I went to Fred Meyer and bought a $6 Italian sub that was filled with meat , cheese , and lettuce . So what is your excuse for ripping off customers and trying to hide behind portion control? There wasn’t even a portion in that sub. Do better. My coworkers come to your shop and today I told them not to. Do better. Know that you may have a business today but with service experience given like that, you may not have a business in the near future.

My sandwich, the lulu, had on small slice of turkey. I took the sandwich back. The gentleman at the counter told me "that is our portion size". They have me another sandwich for free so I could make one sandwich out of 2. Never again will I give them my money.
