  I didn’t even visit this location in person, but I felt compelled to leave a review because of the outstanding customer service I received over the phone. After a frustrating experience at another location, I called this store just looking for some basic information. Diego answered, and from the first moment, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to get me the correct corporate contact information, provided his store email, and made sure I had everything I needed to follow up properly. What really stood out was how attentive and engaged he was. He listened, responded thoughtfully, and treated the situation seriously even though it had nothing to do with his store. That kind of ownership and professionalism is rare. Diego is clearly someone who paid attention during training and takes pride in doing things the right way. If this location is a reflection of his work ethic, then this is exactly the kind of store people should be supporting. Thank you again, Diego — you handled that call exactly how it should be done.

  Shout out to Crystal the GM at this location! Somehow my phone did something crazy and my order got sent to another address. Called JJ up and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure my order got to me at the correct location. Most fast food places wouldn’t take the time to correct something like that, so thanks Crystal!!!!

  The selection of hot and cold sandwiches make it a great place to eat. Would be nice if there was more seating.
