  A medium fries is now 4 dollars and is pathetically small. Its maybe half a potato. Total rip off.

  I've come to expect McDonalds to screw up a special order and that's exactly what happened tonight. I went through the drive through, ordered a quarter pounder with ketchup only, no cheese. They had me pull over to wait for it, so I assumed they'd get it right this time. I got all the way home to discover a double quarter pounder with everything. (not sure why I had to wait for that and there was no receipt to verify the order). i drove back to the restaurant and had to repeat the order several times to get the workers to even understand ketchup only and no cheese. After another 10 minutes, they gave me a double quarter pounder with ketchup only. I didn't pay for a double, but I took it to make up for the trouble.

  This has to be the rudest managers I e ever met. I always had a lot of respect for McDonald s and ave also managed and worked at several. Didn’t expect to be treated so rudely by not only the assistant manager but the manager as well. Just wanted an iced tea and they kept me waiting for overw15 minutes d still didn’t get my tea. Won’t ever go back there again. I have a big family that won’t either Shame on you Canby McDonalds

  Generally, have a great experience here. Food is normally always fresh unlike other McDonald's and the service is always with a smile. I do not appreciate the fact that this owner is price gouging its customers. 12 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwich's is absolutely outrageous. I understand the market is not great but McDonald's used to pride itself on being family budget friendly. You as a franchise owner have gotten greedy and that's not okay. I don't eat fast food often, but if I am going to spend those prices to kill myself, I'll go to Jack in the Box. They have always been pricey with the same quality of freshness and customer service.
