  Good staff, usually pretty fast and nice alternative to other sandwich shops. The Jimmy John's app doesn't always apply promos properly and there have been a few times when it simply locks up and local staff habe confirmed all customers are experiencing issues. Most menu items are solid, but specials tend to be lame (e.g. Gyros, avocado paste, fetty wrap) and should be avoided.

  Very disappointed. Second time we have come to this location and had our order screwed up. Both times were on the app and confirmed with the store once we called in but sandwich was not made to the order. Probably won't waste my time coming back here with so many other options in Canby. Sad, because we haven't had this issue with other stores.

  Complete rip off for a sandwich, extra cost for cheese is ridiculous with little to no meat and slim amount of toppings. Employee through hands up when asked for sandwich to be cut in half. I’ll stick to jersey mikes that has it figured out!!

  Ordered food at 616pm, spent a good chunk of money. Food was not delivered until 733pm. When it finally got here the order was not even complete and missing a sandwich. When I went to pick the missing sandwich and asked why it took over an hour to get sandwiches I was advised they ran out of bread. This is now the second time I have had this happen. Gave them the benefit of the doubt this time but won’t be going back again. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

  Absolutely disgusting!! Someone spit in my sandwich! I will not be going back. Terrible customer service.
