- EMElaine MoralezApr 22, 20265.0Stopped in on our way from Port Angeles WA to Placerville Ca and the super sweet staff let us inside even though the lobby was "technically closed" awesome service, we chatted and they recommended a drink for me- BOMB! Also got a free sample of their chocolate milk!!?? How did I Not know this was a thing!?! If you didn't know either- You're Welcome! It is so good. Like I have no words it was so good. I highly recommend this Dutch Bros. 😁♥️
- SMSherman MenaryApr 20, 20262.0This used to be our favorite Dutch bros spot, lately some of the staff is blatantly pretending to be nice and I’m not sure who that serves. I get that positivity is part of their training and customer experience, but when I can see rolling eyes immediately after their interactions and the use of the over the top high pitched “customer always right” voice it’s just too obvious and gives “mean girl” vibes. I’d rather interact with genuine humans who are being real about where they’re at NOW than “fake ones” that make me reconsider if I’m out of high school yet. If you’re tired or stressed that’s okay, you can be those things while also kind and genuine. Normally they’re cool abut merch drops this AM however I was met with an odd bogart-type attitude on top of it. I asked if they still had merch because the girl working window stared blankly and didn’t offer it after handing over the order. Her response was a forceful “you only paid for 2” - obviously I was aware of how many I had just purchased, I just wanted to know if they still had them since she “forgot?” to offer them. Also I pick up group orders regularly and they forget soft top more often than not. We end up paying $1 for maybe 1 tablespoon (that’s all that will fit in a drink already made) & that’s if I happen to notice that they forgot it. I usually wouldn’t take the time to review over something like this, but drinks have gone up so much in price, while merch & sticker quality has gone way down. (I realize this part is corporate, not this stand alone). Plainly, it’s getting harder to justify this splurge with lame attitudes and missing order add ons that I paid extra for. 👎

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
