- MMMike MoserAug 28, 20261.0I ordered 25 burritos for a volunteer group doing a project in the Canby community. I arranged pick up between 11:15-11:30. Arriving at 11:20 I was told they didn’t have an order for me and after further checking the manager (I think) said they missed it. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. My order was completed about 12:05 but my lunch event started at 12. By time I returned to our project wth food about 1/3 of our volunteers had left because the food was late. The staff really seemed to care less and didn’t demonstrate any urgency to get my paid order completed except for the young lady who I believed was the manager. The other employees shrugged their shoulders and said they “were short staffed” while standing at a completely empty walk in counter. Very disappointed that my volunteers did not get lunch, that Chipotle HQ has been unresponsive and the level of service this location was subpar to say the least. Honest review!
