  The blonde girl has an attitude problem, don't throw the ingredients on my bowl like you're pressed for time. You work at one of the slowest stores, go work at a busier store and act like that, sincerely an ex employee. If you hate your job, get a new one baby. The other person that helped me was great and had actual customer service. Sorry you had to get steak for someone else but don't take it out on me.

  As a Chipotle stock-holder, I was really disappointed this last visit. We arrived during normal business hours (4pm on a Sunday, when hours were posted 10:45am-11:00pm) and found the doors locked, even though there were three employees inside actively preparing food. Another customer arrived behind us, and we both tried the door several times, confused because the restaurant appeared to be open but no one was acknowledging us. The employees intentionally avoided us for several minutes. Eventually, one employee came outside and apologized, explaining that they were closed and only accepting online orders. We were told that they were “short staffed” and they were also out of several menu items. (Also, how can you be out of food but still fulfilling online food orders??) If this decision came from management, it would have been helpful to post a sign on the door explaining the situation instead of leaving customers wondering why the doors were locked and additionally ignoring their confused looks. If it wasn’t a management decision, I hope the store looks into why walk-in customers were turned away during posted business hours. Either way, the lack of communication and disregard for customers who made the trip to the restaurant made for a very frustrating experience.

  The kids that work here don’t even try to make your order appetizing or fresh. They just haphazardly throw the ingredients on a tortilla and the burrito is anemic and damp. The bagged chips are chewy and not crisp. The queso is room temperature. I understand service jobs can be frustrating, especially when you’re young, but you don’t need to ruin everybody else’s day.
