Unfortunately, the brownie was served cold instead of warm, which really affected the taste and overall experience. I tried to bring it up to the staff, but I felt ignored and didn’t receive any help. It was disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to sharing this dessert. I hope the team can improve both the food quality and customer service so future customers have a better experience.

Curry is just on a consistent down hill in terms of quality, and I guess that now extends to the Dairy Queen. It’s bad enough DQ prices are as high as they are, the least they could do is make sure you GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
