  This place is notorious for either missing items or wrong items in our order. I finally decided to go back this time to pick up the items missing, and Im sure they thought they were being funny because we get it home and theres STILL MISSING ITEMS in the new bag!

  I am obsessed with Taco Bell…and this one is great! But why so many hot sauce packets??! We asked for 6…this is so wasteful.

  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They close inside early, take forever to get your order in drive-thru, and have terrible quality of food.

  Dirty, 20 minute wait inside, cheese wasn’t melted and had to ask for a cup. Also tacos… were placed on the bottom so the shells all broke.

  I have been to this particular Taco Bell three times. All three times I have ordered through the Taco Bell app. This is NEVER a problem at the east side location. However, for some reason this spot doesn't acknowledge online orders. I stood there for over a half an hour last time while every single person who ordered at the counter (a full 10-15 min after I did my app order!) got their food, and at least 20 cars had gone through the drive thru and received their food. This means that approximately 30 people ordered after me and receeived their food. And this is the THIRD time this has happened! What makes things worse is that every single time multiple employees have either been milling around the restaurant, or just standing behind the counter for minutes on minutes on end while everyone else gets their food and I don't! It's like a weird magican's spell has been cast on all the employees to just not care. Even though this has happened ALL THREE TIMES! Go to the one on Bellevue. Night and day difference!
