  I wanted to order a hamburger, just one patty with no cheese. They didn't have any hamburgers that only had 1 patty or without cheese. I had to pay for a double cheeseburger and pay for a double cheeseburger and they would leave the cheese and 2nd patty off. The person on the other end of the speaker couldn't seem to understand that not everyone wants a huge hamburger or cheese.

  Burgers are thrown together half the topping were on the side of the box, staff acts like they don't want to be there... Super rude! Burger King is just down the road. Won't be back

  Still charging for water cups. Owners really cant seem to nip this problem in the butt lol. Water is a human right

  When you want to order food they are super fast, but when its a doordash with only 2 drinks it takes 15 mins.

  The burgers & fries are delicious but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The person taking my order must have been having a bad day. Really bad. I was polite & left a big tip. The next week I ordered our food, no one else was in line behind my car, when I got to the windows I asked if I could please get a water also. He was very polite but said " no. All ordering must be done from the speaker. This is the FOOD DELIVERY window". I thought he must have misunderstood what I asked for. Just a little ice water. He repeated " NO".
