The final straw was the abrupt closing of the pharmacy on a Friday at lunchtime and all day Saturday due to a sick pharmacist and Safeways inability to find a substitute. We were unable to access our needed medication for 2 days. We are done patronizing this location and all other Safeway locations. 25 years of shopping there has ended. Who wants our business now?

Our experience today, 6/12, we had to deal with a kid up front named David for a price change due to poor details of their sales in their weekly ad. Not only was he rude to us, before hand he was hostile toward his co-worker asking for a break prior to talking with us. He hollored at us that we needed to wait a minute so he could talk with his co-worker first and proceeded to shut the door on us. He was unprofessional, impatient and vague about explaining the lack of details in the ad. We had him return our items due to poor customer service. We will be done shopping at this location, and Safeway all together. Treat your employees and customers better Safeway, AND honor your ads!
